1. The competition is open to all. One person can enter any number of entries, but each entry must be submitted in duplicate, of minimum size 15 x 10 cm and maximum size 30 x 20 cm. Both colour and black/white prints are welcome. For each entry, kindly state:

4. The results will be announced and awarded on 24^th March 2000 at the opening of the IoM (East Asia) Millennium Conference "Advanced Materials for the New Millennium: Processing, Characterization and Applications" at Mandarin Hotel, Singapore.

5. The decision of the judges will be final. The judging panel will comprise two members of the organizing committee and one member from the sponsor.
